I would not recommend. Dr. Birchall was nice enough for the first SEVEN tattoo removal sessions. My tattoo is small and was already fading, but I will not blame the length of time for removal on him completely but I will say he is lacking professionalism extremely. Michelle (receptionist, SUPER NICE) told me when I called in that he would be using a newer and stronger laser at my next appointment, then walked me into the room and pointed out the new machine. Dr. Birchall then walked in an unplugged the bigger and newer machine to use the small and old machine, even though last time i was in he used the highest setting and nothing happened to the tattoo at all. I asked Dr. Birchall why he wouldnt use the new laser and he came up with multiple excuses and then became very sassy, while I was just trying to get a better understanding. "You want the bigger machine?! FINE. We'll use that. You're in charge, I guess youre the expert now!" He then went on to let me know he couldnt really see the light of the laser, which is apparent in the results, he burned skin that is all around the tattoo but shouldnt have been touched by the laser.
Learn from my mistakes. Save your money and go somewhere else. The fountain clinic is inexpensive but the service is awful. No one should be that rude to a customer, who has been coming back month after month, just because I was looking for clarity on his reasoning.
