  • Make no mistake, this is no nightclub. What you see here is what you get! There is an amazing view out on the balcony of the 63rd floor. The lounge area is elegant and I love the interior decoration present with the dark red decor and the Buddha statues everywhere! Because it wasn't very busy here, we were offered access into the VIP room. We got a discounted bottle service and they also brought out a hookah set with many flavors! They had a professional photographer (pictures are hefty priced) as well. The whole three hours we were there, our group felt very taken care of. If you are looking for a low-key place to dance and drink with your friends with a beautiful view, I present to you the Foundation Room.
