  • I work in the mall and sometimes order from this Starbucks on lunch. Today I waited 15 minutes (half my break) for them to put out an empty cup and not call my name. When I saw there was an empty cup sitting on the drink station I realized it had my name on it. I asked what was this about they said that they no longer serve that drink. That's fine but you wasted half my break and couldn't be bothered to tell me. Because I didn't have any more time to wait they so kindly offered me a merch card worth LESS than the drink I ordered. I paid 1.45 for a grande water. Don't waste your time at this Starbucks.
