  • My mother-in-law was to move in with my wife and me this week. She had reserved a unit with Greenway Mini-Storage. Then she broke her hip. My wife went down to Patagonia, Arizona to meet the movers and facilitate the move. Movers were packing; my wife asked that I call the storage company to see how late the movers could arrive. I spoke with Judy from Greenway Mini-Storage who informed me that my mother - in - law had cancelled the unit, and she had nothing left to offer us for what we needed. I was dumbfounded as to why my Mother-in-law would do that. I explained to her the situation where I had movers coming to Phoenix to her storage unit and now we have no unit. Judy was gracious and offered to help us find a unit at one of her competitors. She said she would call me with what she was able to find. Sure enough in about 15 minutes Judy called me with a number of options - prices, sizes available, locations and phone numbers. Wow how nice that was. I'll remember Greenway Mini-Storage if I ever need a unit again! Thank you Judy.
