Have been to Blanco several times over the past several years. Stopped going about 2 years ago because I felt it had kind of lost its pizazz.
Revisited last week for dinner, and was pleasantly impressed. They seemed to have kicked it up a notch. Braised short rib cheese crisp with avocado was good and their enchiladas...even better! They are served in a mini cast iron skillet and come out super hot and fresh. Chips and salsa were awesome too!
Blanco is back in my good graces!
