  • I'm happy to write another updated review for Belara. I always liked the complex and the staff in the office are very nice and professional. The person upstairs recently moved out and I'm hopeful the next resident will be considerate. In the end, I think the management did the best they could to resolve the issue with the noise upstairs and I'm very thankful because I didn't want to move. Other than the previous renter upstairs, the people who live here seem friendly. This is a nice place to call home.
