  • I had been away for a few years, but when I returned, within a ten day period I got a haircut, colour and I paid ahead for 20 weeks of blow dries. The amount of money spent was close to a thousand dollars! A week after this start, I called a few minutes before 9 and left a message for one of the owners to call me. When no-one called, I left another message with my phone number again in a week. To this day, - now that my twenty weeks of prepaid services are done, no- one bothered to return those two calls. I find that really insulting and inexcusable. i will never return. Kathy Millard, Toronto
