I like that there's hardly any traffic here, so lots of room to browse unlike other locations, where I feel like I'm crowd surfing into the Canada goose jacket section when I'm really trying to go see the shoes.
Only problem when it's not busy here, is the aggressive sales staff trying to sticker up your tags to get their sales quotas. I feel like prey being followed by a predator then get jumped on by usually two sales staff that fight to sticker up my stuff even though there wasn't any service used.
Today he ran after me and kept hollering at the back of me head if I'm ready, which obviously shows he wasn't helping me cuz I had no idea he was calling out to me- before I got to the cash! Yikes. So buyers beware of this game
They have a great shoe promo, by 12 pairs get one free. It's averaged out but if you have kids who go through 3-4 pairs a year it's worth the loyalty here.
There are sales racks here but it's very discreetly signed so you have to look around a bit.
Biggest Con is the final sales policy, online returns here and store credit is on a paper receipt and not on plastic card.
Yah how secure is a paper store credit that might disintegrate ink in a month? Just read policies and hopefully you won't need it.
