  • Sorry, has been a good place in the past but their care for the customer has gone down. We had a reservation but were seated 45 minutes late without the least bit of an apology. Now, I understand 15-20 minutes off but not 45. Also, they were out of baked potatoes. OUT?!? How is this possible? "Hey Phil, we're down to 13 potatoes." "Well, put some more in the oven!" There, problem solved. I won't be returning. Plenty of other steak joints downtown similar in cost and quality that actually appreciate your business.
