  • These guys did a great job laying tile throughout our house. The crew was friendly and efficient and they finished ahead of schedule. They even left everything clean. Mark (who is no longer with them) was our contact and he was great! Why the 2 star rating? Because we have holes in the grout, which I understand is normal. We were told that after a few months they would come back out and regrout those areas at no charge. That was a year ago. Husband and I have both made numerous calls to try and schedule this with them. We've been told "we'll be out next week", "let me call you back", "I'll get you on the schedule and let you know". Nothing! Nada! Crickets! We even have the grout! Have your 1 guy stop by with a bucket and trowel and fix the work YOU guaranteed! Can hubby and I do this ourselves? Of course. Should we have to after paying over 3k? ABSOLUTELY NOT! The 2 stars are for Mark and the crew. The company itself is on my black list and I will never recommend them even though I'm asked all the time who did our floors.
