  • Dr. Kang is a fine surgeon and I would trust him again for major surgery. However, His office staff and procedures (or lack thereof) are horrendous. I would give them a 0 for not returning phone calls, not getting information in a time manner, and letting someone go unattended for a full week when all they were asking for was a Rx for a muscle relaxant. Dr. Kang you are a 5 dropped to a 4 only because you allow this to go on in your office. The receptionists are wonderful and I was treated well when on the premises. How you can let this kind of customer service continue reflects on you, too, Doctor.
