  • The office staff were very unprofessional and rude. They filed our claim incorrectly and had no patient to take care of it. Kept asking us to call the insurance company (We did). It's okay to make mistakes but you gotta take care of the problems. We are their patients, also their customers too. When we tried to work together to solve the problems, that shouldn't the attitude we should get!
