Do not purchase any sneakers from this store. They will steal your money and keep the sneakers too. I met with Bobby and a young woman. I had tried the sneakers on in Northlake which was a size too small. Bobby said he can order the sneaker for me. When I received the sneakers, they were defective!!! I brought them to the Dilworth Store which was recommended to me. I tried 10 other pairs of sneakers and they had limited stock in size 8. I begged and pleaded and told them that I just found out the have a fractured foot and will being fitted for a orthotic boot this afternoon. I shared with them that I am unemployed and do not want a store credit when you have no stock or product. Bobby told me he spoke to the owner Jaime and he refused!!!! He told Bobby to call Scott the store manager since it comes out his store. I started get very upset and the young woman told me to leave now!!!!!! I left the sneakers in Dilworth. Scott did not answer his phone either. The store in Dilworth is in possession of the sneakers. Bobby was more interested telling me that the owner went out of his way to get me the sneakers. Bobby forgets how the sneakers got lost. If that was the policy, you should order the shoes for the customers and then charge them when it fits! Shame on you for stealing disabled woman's money.
