I went in to get a refill on my acrylics and the guy took an hour to do so, and I wasn't even able to get paint on them. He did such a terrible job but I don't remember his name since I didn't care enough to get it, he had to put new acrylic on my pointer finger and the whole nail came out crooked. I asked for a coffin shape (what I already had) and he made all the nails on my left side crooked at the tip and didn't realize his mistake until I pointed it out. It was already 6pm and I told him I didn't have time for paint since I have things to do and I didn't expect a refill to be an hour when it's typically 30 minutes. He kept telling me to wait and get paint and that what I had to go do after getting my nails fixed wasn't important. They should really work on how they train their workers to speak to people and do their work decently
