The worst customer service I have ever had at a car dealership.
They are very happy to sell you a car, but the service department is awful.

I talked to the general manager and he said he would make sure everything was taken care of. Too bad it takes that much work to get things done.
I traded the car 6 weeks after I got it.

I am still waiting on a $3400 refund for a cancelled extended warranty (over a month)
I have called and called to no avail.
Maybe the BBB case I opened will get them moving.

After opening a case with the BBB I got a call from Eric the general manager of the dealership. He let a message that the refund check had been send on 4/6/16. And, he wanted me to call him back. I tried to call twice but his phone would not accept calls. I called David the finance manager, he empathized about the frustration of the situation and gave me yet a different date when the check was mailed (the 3rd date I have heard from them). Apparently the check is coming from Texas. Even so, I still have not gotten it a week later.
I am so tired of the amount of time and pure frustration this incident has caused me. I have never had such a bad experience with a business.
Still waiting on the refund check for over $3,000.
UPDATE IV: (up 2 stars)
I finally received the refund check for the cancelled service contract.
I think the involvement of BBB and them realizing just how frustrating this was for me got things moving. Six weeks is too long to wait for a refund. Other dealers have done it in one week.
