  • I really wish I would have never moved from Verizon to AT&T. The service is not as good, dropped calls and slower internet. Plus, they had a buy one get one free, but they did not tell me that you had a double pay for four months and then you'll get a credit for all the extra money you paid. I tried tried pay it in full in advance and they would not allow it. Then afterwords they told me you had to trade in a phone to get the buy one get one free credit. They did up giving me a credit anyway, but I had to fight for it. I have never talked to customer service for any cellular service so much ever. I just wish I would've stayed with Verizon. If you are considering moving don't do it. The Direct TV credit for $25 is not worth it.
