  • Was here for just short of 4 hours waiting for an oilchange (no bikes ahead of me by the way).... walking around the show room you would think one of the 15 salesmen they have on the floor would ask if you want help....took 45min for anyone to ask. Not a fan, will find another shop to change my oil from here on. Good selection of bikes, prices seemed high from where I actually purchased my bike, and honestly the staff was useless. Once my bike was checked in I was told about an hour and a half (also they wont let you schedule-first come first serve) after the 1.5 hour mark I started looking for a service employee and they all seemed to disapear, and the one I did find had absolutly no interest in checking the status of my bike. Also, it was specifically written to add coolant.....yeah, no coolant was added. Don't come here, go to another shop if you have a choice
