  • One of our 2 A/C units failed making the house very uncomfortable in August. I placed an AFTER HOURS phone call to NEVADA RESIDENTIAL SERVICES around 7:30 pm on a FRIDAY evening. A LIVE technician answered the phone, NOT an answering service. After asking a few diagnostic questions he said to call back after letting the pipes and coil thaw out and replacing the filters. In about an hour and a half I called him back to say it still wasn't working properly. They came out 45 minutes later and within about 30 minutes time diagnosed the problem (bad fan motor) and had the big motor yanked out! They said they would source the motor and be back in the morning (Saturday -again AFTER HOURS). They arrived with a new motor and in about 30 minutes time had my A/C up and running perfectly by 11:00 am. Barely 15 hours after the initial call. Again, ALL AFTER HOURS. I cannot say enough about these guys. Fast efficient and Fair. I felt the price was reasonable and fair for the excellent service we received! They will be my go to A/C people and they should be yours as well!
