We made a large furniture purchase which we made arrangements to be delivered the following week. The day of delivery half way through putting our bedroom set together the delivery man said that there were two foot bases and no head base. We spoke with a gentleman on the phone and he said that they would have to redeliver the correct pieces that evening between 6:00 pm and midnight. At 8:00 pm that evening a delivery person came but was told to pick up the foot base and the correct pieces would be delivered by another truck. Midnight came and went and no delivery.
First thing next morning we contacted customer service told them we needed it redelivered ASAP as we were leaving town that day. They stated that they didn't know why it wasn't delivered and they would have to wait until the delivery was re-entered into their system before they could reschedule a delivery. A few hours later we received a call stating our items were ready for redelivery but the only time they had available was between 6:00 pm and midnight that evening which was not going to work as we would not be home. Needless to say we are extremely frustrated with how they handled the whole situation and as of this post we still haven't been able to make arrangements for delivery.
