There is a long story behind this but I'm going to get right to the point. I was in intense pain, called them for help, told them how scared I was to have to deal with this particular situation in an emergency with some random doctor. I was told they would prescribe something, which really wasn't going to do much based on what I was telling them the problem was. Regardless, I was told to wait for a call back before going to the pharmacy. I called them back two hours later. Was told if I wasn't called back then the medication wasn't ready. I called them back an hour and a half later. Was told the same thing. Called AGAIN two hours later (1:30) and was finally told that I was forgotten about because of patients in the office. Ouch. That's some brutal honesty. Here's the major problem. I called them at 8 am and was so kind and clear that I was very afraid and in a lot of pain. It took five and a half hours to #1 be told the medication had been waiting for me since shortly after my call at 8am and to #2 have to scramble to find a doctor who could do a painful procedure for me as soon as possible. Now, two months later I am told that they wouldn't have been able to do the procedure anyway. Wow. Nice time to tell me. That would have been GREAT to know at 8AM that morning WHEN I ASKED. OR at 10 when I called again. Or at 11:30 when I called again. Or on my last call (to them ever) at 1:30. So, this got longer than I wanted. But hopefully this helps you make a selection when choosing a provider.
