  • This store is amazing all the way up to there employees. I went to Michaels (NEVER AGAIN) to get a painting framed which happened to be 50% off that day. An employee, Michael Scrudner, was the framer that day. When we approached he was aggravated already.., showed him our painting.... Picked out what frame we would like & he proceeded to measure our painting. He then begins to tell us it's an odd size & didn't think they could do it. He gave us a price around $400 ( that's 50% off) but said it will be sent back to us because of the large size & it will probably fall apart in a month anyways.,,, REALLY.., as we leave with painting he tells us "Good luck getting that framed anywhere in town & u have a nice day". So we went to HOBBY LOBBY (Great Store) & ghezzzz guess what... We got it framed for $137. Another shopper said she had the same BAD experience at Michaels & will ONLY shop HOBBY LOBBY... Thank you so much framer Bill.. You helped us quickly & gave us great advice. We will be loyal customers!!!
