Negative stars. Worst experience ever today. I go to get my car rental that I reserved a month ago, and they won't take my bank card. It's a MasterCard/debit credit card. He tells me it's the business policy not to take that kind a card. I call my bank and they say my card should be good. Luckily I have a friend pick me up at the airport. I get to the hotel and go to check in and realize the car representative still has my identification. I call the service number in every option goes to a voicemail box that says full. I leave a message with the lost and found over four hours ago and I still don't have my ID. Horrible horrible company.
