rev:text	My vehicle got into a hit & run accident and I was devastated. I didn't know where to get it fixed and a family member referred me to Jose at Sudden Impact. Not knowing what to expect, I scheduled a time for an estimate and headed down to the shop. I was greeted by warm smiley faces by the girls up front, a big 'ol cute dog laying on the floor and a firm hand shake by Jose. The estimate was fast & painless, I left my car and they started the repairs. Originally my car was supposed to take 5 business days but my insurance company was slow and it ended up taking 10 business days. As long as my car got fixed properly, I didn't mind. I liked that they took their time and did it right. I also loved the fact that this was a down-to-earth family run business. Also, the girls called me every Tuesday & Thursday to keep me in the loop on the status of my vehicle. When I went to pick up my car I was elated!!! They did an absolutely fantastic job...my car looked brand spankin' new!!! And they went above and beyond by leaving me a t-shirt & a coozie, they detailed my car beautifully and they even buffed out my headlights!!! I am definitely a happy customer and would recommend this shop to anyone looking for repairs. They do awesome body work and paint. I will be a long time customer for sure...
