AVOID AT ALL COSTS, CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL TRY AND SCAM YOU
My plane was an hour late getting in and when I arrived I was told by the woman customer service representative they had not held my reservation and that was policy for the company. She said I could have a new reservation but that I had to take comprehensive coverage and some other junk that jacked up the price and that they didn't have any luxury cars which I had reserved (I saw several one the way in the building). I don't know if she was just trying to pad her numbers or what but that is some shady stuff. I said I didn't need the comprehensive insurance and addons and she said she couldn't help me.
Add to this that it takes 30 minutes to get to the place from the airport via 2 separate shuttles, it's dirty and sketchy and unprofessional with employees loitering around outside the door hooting and hollering to eachother. The guy behind me in line couldn't believe what we were witnessing.
Other things I heard from CS while in line:
"Oh that form is so that you don't sue us, just go ahead and sign it"
"The cars can be unreliable, you'd be best off if you get the service program in case you break down"
"You think I'm slow don't you? Yeah, maybe I am slow, haha!"
