  • I've had the worst experience purchasing an dishwasher. I picked up the dishwasher at the west Phoenix warehouse location. When I opened the box I realized the undercarriage of the appliance had been crushed and is broken. The door of the appliane won't open and is therefore, unusable. I returned to the Scottsdale location and was told by the store manager that since 24-hours has passed since the purchase I could no longer get a replacement. I bought the item on Thursday and planned on installing on Sunday. Extremely poor customer service and they don't stand behind their product. Do yourself a HUGE favor and go somewhere else.
