I am rating their service. It seems the primary goal for this facility is to get as many patients thru as possible, very impersonal. I went from one person to another without knowing what they were doing. They hurried me up thru each test and seemed bothered when I asked questions. My head was spinning going from one room to another not even knowing what they were doing. When I spoke to their "counselors" they were extremely rude. Liz speaks very fast with a very high voice and an accent which makes it extremely difficult to understand. Got mad when asked to repeat, would not even look at me. Her Pre-op instructions were very confusing. Sonia, when asked a question about pre-op instructions, very rudely said it was not her job b/c it was not part of protocol and hang up on me. The doctor was great, though.
