  • Well, since hotels.com wouldn't let me post my review, I'll post the same exact review (crystal suite) which supposedly violated their rules. CONSTRUCTION (as of 9/1): doesn't seem like it will be over until at least 1-2 yrs. nice to wake up in the morning at 0530/0600. Out of date rooms, especially their furniture. Occasional marks on the wall. Decently firm bed. Super small zenith tv's (~27"?) Don't bother calling the front desk from your room. EVERY time I called, there was a busy signal. When I asked why (after coming down to speak to them), they said it was because they have to do a lot of things from taking reservations for rooms and dinner to talking to guests in person...this is BS. It was 10 pm at night, not a soul in the lobby or the restaurant which after ordering room service, I know why. At least they have a small workout room, pool, and a hot tub shared by all the guests and tenants of the place. Concierge people were nice. Would not come back or recommend to others.
