  • Worst service ever!!! Deanna is the worst assistant manager. She is condescending and rude. We were told to go there by Carmax with our authorization # and after waiting forever another enterprise called them to help them out and was even rude to the employee. Last time I went they stated that they don't like dealing with Carmax.
