This goes out to the barista that had no personality. The guest in front of me, who was a lady well in her 60s, was joking with her that it was getting near that time of the year and that Santa was starting to look into if you've been naughty or nice. I'm sorry, but your job comes with other things like putting up a front even if you don't like doing it, is to interact with the guest. Not just look at her with a dead look on your face. Could have at least shown some kind of emotion, instead of having the look of annoyance plastered all over your face and body language.
Tracy on the other hand was helpful and very nice.
Came back to get my drink and that same barista, with the lopsided bun, was taking another order from a guest and still looked like she didn't even want to take it or be there to begin with. So unlike any of the other Starbucks baristas out here in Henderson.
