  • I've been going here for months & I've always had issues to some degree but now I will never darken their doorstop again. I basically went here bc it has a convenient location. Getting something at Walmart -get my nails done. I've always been weary tho bc good salons have a sanitary tub liner for pedicures & manicure tools are always removed in front of me from a sealed package. Regal nails has neither of these for your safety & sanitary concerns. However, my last experience here reinforced my belief that they just care about your money and not about your time or safety. I had a party to go to that night so I went in at 11:45 to have my nails done. It was busy so I signed in & was told it would be 15minutes. I needed to grab something fast at Walmart so this would be perfect. I returned promptly at noon and was directed to pick my color and sit at a table. I told him again I wanted a gel manicure. He acknowledged and again told me to sit. I sat and sat and at 12:15 I went back up to the man near the sign in desk and said he had told me 15 minutes and now it has been a half hour. When could I expect to be started on. Then to my astonishment he accuses me of coming back after 25 minutes. I returned at exactly the time he said and even waited an additional 15 minutes and he was the same guy who told me where to sit. I was bullshit. He gave my space to whoever walked in in the 15 minutes I was getting something at Walmart just feet away. Then he had the nerve to lie about it. I scratched my name off and told him I've sitting there the entire time like he told me and left in a huff. Then as I walked away I pivoted back bc I had my receipt that showed my purchased was made at 11:58 and I came right in after & that he gave away my place in queue. He didn't acknowledge me. What a creep he is! But I have to say he did me a favor bc I found a salon even closer to my house that was absolutely beautiful inside and the price was even LESS EXPENSIVE than Regal!!! Thanks creepy nail guy!
