  • Nick, Lars, Jill, and the others are very passionate about what they do. They are always working on new liquors and flavors. Always trying to use local ingredients whenever possible. I am a fan of their whiskey and their flavored spirits. They also bottle for Vom Foss. So there are occasions to try those spirits, too. The current location on the South side of Madison near Fitchburg has a nice space for art showcases and to sit and have a drink during their Thursday night Public House. As you walk into the main production space, that is where the tasting bar is. There are bands and special events periodically. Watch their Facebook page for events. There will be a new location finishing in the Fall of 2016. I will be excited to see the new space.
