  • I so badly want to love this place, two stars because it is vegan and in a pinch I will return again I'm sure. Second trip here... On the first trip shortly after they very first opened I explain to them that I needed something without soy several employees assured me what I ordered was soy free... Long story short it was not! Second visit here... No cars in front of me and the wait for a burger, fries and milk shake was so long my poor toddler literally Peed his pants in the car. After giving my food and making it clear that I was ready to go on my way I asked what about the milkshake? The kid at the drive-through with absolutely no personality or people skills said oh they're still making it close the window and took his sweet time walking over to what I could clearly see was him in fact making the milkshake. (This was after stopping and chatting for a bit with another employee). Several minutes later....Which even after over 10 minutes of waiting on my food hadn't even been started yet but "they were making it ". Hey I think I'll try the other location... This place needs to seriously step up who it hires! If you want to appeal to vegans, that means people who care about the planet. People. Animals. And what's in their food...please HIRE BETTER STAFF!
