  • I moved from North Scottsdale to Pavilions a few months back to be closer to work and I thought I was going to have to downgrade in terms of amenities and luxury, but I was wrong. Pavilions blew me away and I signed my lease the same day that I toured. No where else in this part of town can you get a three story town home with your own private garage. That alone makes it amazing. But to make it better, the amenities are great, everything is newly renovated, and the grounds are kept neat and tidy. The staff is also amazing! Jillian, Daniel, Ciara & Mike know everyone by name and make me feel like a true friend, not just an annoying resident. They are proactive and respectful, and maintenance responds quickly to any issues (I've only had one which is amazing for an apartment). In short, live here!!!
