  • I have been a loyal customer for 30 years. The new Summerlin store is lovely. My only complaint and YES I have made it clear to management many many times is the crappy cheap plastic bags! When I buy a beautiful coach purse or expensive Chanel makeup I want it out in a lovely handle bag. I really hate the Walmart quality bag that discounts the merchandise and the experience that goes with shopping in a classy store. With the bricks and mortar stores really struggling they should listen to customers!! Also they used to gift wrap for free!! I do not buy my wedding gifts there anymore.
