  • This is by FAR the WORST Ulta store I've been to. I don't think I have ever had a positive experience here. The staff is rude, they are always out of products, and there are never enough cashiers. I always have to ask for help, no one approaches me. Even though this is the closest and most convenient location, I will drive the extra 7 miles to go to the location in North Scottsdale.
