  • As a self proclaimed burger connoisseur I am always on the hunt for a quality burger spot that provides a tasty product without the need to overdo it with toppings and condiments. I am happy to say I have found another place that meets this criteria! Delux is a small restaurant that doesn't look like much from the outside, but the food they cook up on the inside is bomb! I had the sushi years ago and it was good, but their bragging rights come from their ability to create a darn good burger that stands on its own. There are a few options for burgers including a turkey and veggie version, but I go with the classic and add crispy bacon. They cook them to perfection (medium rare is highly recommended), and when you bite into it the flavors and juice of the meat melts in your mouth. Lately it seems as if places are creating a bigger badder burger with everything besides the kitchen sink as a topping, and in my opinion it ruins the beauty of quality meat. Delux does not do this, they let you taste a good burger as it should be! They also have regular and sweet potato fries that are delicious and seasoned perfectly. Tonight we ordered to pick up and the guy who took the order could not have been more friendly, competent, and on point with the order. When we got there to pick it up it was ready at our requested time and the order was flawless. Their prices aren't exactly cheap, but it seems to be the going rate these days. The only thing I don't love about Delux is the atmosphere inside, it's just not my cup of tea. It is modern and tight, so I prefer to order to go. This place is great, you've gotta try it!
