  • The apartments are nice, but this is offset both by their overly expensive rent and by the complete and utter incompetence of the staff. The only person here I trusted to get things right was the guy who worked weekends, and unfortunately they didn't bother to train him in the more complicated stuff. Any chance the staff gets to make you pay more, they will take. Pet friendly apartments can be found elsewhere in Madison, and now so can I.
