I find it really upsetting that for a company who wants to promote sustainability and promote a healthier lifestyle that you cannot except a coupon over the phone digitally in the modern age that we live in but rather we have to waste resources such as paper and ink just to get a discount at this location from manufacture coupons. Today I just purchased an item which four days ago I used an email coupon for, but now I'm being told by an employee that in order to use the coupon and needs to be printed out. It feels as though Whole Foods wants to capitalize on the green ideology for a profit and not really live up to being an eco-and environmental friendly location
Unfortunately Whole Foods carries items that other locations like sprouts and natural grocers do not so if you want to live a plant-based or health-conscious diet lifestyle they have monopolize the market and made it impossible to shop elsewhere. I encourage the management to really reconsider the dated rule of using a printed copy for a coupon
