  • This company has recently taken over Southwest Property Management. Do not be fooled by the new name. It's the same horrible customer service. They don't follow up with service requests, no one is ever at their desk and your are lucky if you get a phone call or email back from anyone in the office. The receptionist is always new and totally screens calls. I love where I love but ownership and management is awful.
