  • I've gone here for years for my basic dry cleaning but as of last week I go elsewhere. They never get stains out anymore (maybe 30% of the time max). My final straw was that my last round of cleaning - work suits - came back un-ironed. That's never happened to me before at any cleaner. The skirts were completely wrinkled.
