  • I walked into this dealership with high anxiety as I have always hated buying a new car because honestly I really don't quite know what I'm doing or how to negotiate. I wasn't quite ready to purchase on the day I visited the dealership and communicated this to Julian right away and asked if I may just look at the car. I didn't feel pressured at all and was left to look at the vehicle alone without him Breathing down my back. With that said I asked if I could take it for a test drive and afterwards told Julian I would be in contact after I took some time to do my homework. He respected that and I went home, completed the online financing application and left today with my new MDX and I couldn't be happier. I told Julian over the phone I didn't want to be there long and wanted a seamless transaction and got exactly that. I have not even the slightest doubt that I got a great deal and not once have second guessed my purchase. Andrew in finance was pretty darn friendly and easy going as well. Thanks Cardinale Way Acura for the best car buying experience I've ever had.
