  • After my second time going to this salon I definitely will not be returning. I came in to the salon to have a slight trim and to have my hair shaped a bit. I discussed this with my stylist and showed her a picture of what I was thinking. She agreed it would look good on me and she began. The result was terrible. My shoulder length hair was thinned way too much (think about half of what it was) without me even asking her to thin it. That was the first mistake, but I could have dealt with that. When she finished my hair my was severely over layered with the shortest layer about 5 inches. My hair is now reminiscent of the Carol Brady shag with short layers and a tail in the back! It looks awful. I did contact the salon and request a refund, but the salon was unwilling to return my money. They said they would be happy to have the stylist try to fix my hair, but I told them I didn't feel comfortable risking the outcome since my hair was way shorter than expected. Bottom line: I was an unsatisfied customer whom they should have tried to appease, but did not. If you value you're hair, think twice before going here!
