  • I love this frame store because of Scott and the great customer service I always receive. Scott has been helping me for many years with all my framing needs. I sell art and love collecting it too so I rely on Scott's expertise to help me with my needs. I am a designer and used to go to a "to the trade" frame store, but changed to work with Scott because of his talent, experience, and knowledge. Scott is so knowledgeable re: is something a silkscreen, a print, or a lithograph, a goauche, etc? I have learned a lot about art technique from him and value his opinion greatly. He has an uncanny talent to match up my art with the perfect frame so the art is set off to best advantage. He has performed miracles on some of my old damaged vintage pieces by improving their appearance and getting them back to special. When I needed to restore lots of old family photographs, it was Scott who referred me to Mr. Grant - a true artisan in photo restoration. Special pieces that are for my own home go to him for framing as I know we will work up a beautiful frame job together. He has a wonderful eye, and will patiently stay with you on a project until you are satisfied with the result. It is always enjoyable to work with him. This is a wonderful frame store full of great frames and great talent in framing matters. I choose to work with HOF because of the exceptional service and care I receive here from Scott and the rest of the friendly crew: John, Kathy, and Chris to name a few : ) Thanks, HOF - Keep up the good work!
