  • Filthy. This is my number one complaint about these massive stores. Too much stuff. Too few staff. Everything is always dirty. Second complaint ... almost none of the staff on the floor speak English well enough to answer basic questions. Most of them try. The effort is there. Sadly, the comprehension is not. I cannot image working in such large store with thousands of products while not speaking the language of my customers. I would fail. So it doesn't surprise me that Superstore employees fail, too.
