rev:text	We bought our first truck from Townbin Dodge in September. It was an older Ford f150 that we started having trouble with. We took it to the service department and our service writer Paul worked to get the issues resolved. Upon mentioning my frustrations with the truck he asked if we would want to trade it in. I was all for it and within minutes was contacted by Melissa Maldonado. We met with her that afternoon and ended up trading our old truck with a 2014 dodge ram. The payments were a bit more of course but the entire process was a breaze. Melissa worked with us to get a great deal and added features we had on our older truck: bed cover and tinting. Over the next couple weeks she was always responsive and helpful. I never had to wait for a response or question where we were at in the process. From there, I would say from financing, working with Sean Kim to customer service, working with Jacquioa Gray, the entire team at Townbin Dodge has been a pleasure to work with.
