  • Its amazing how few reviews have been written for this place, we are from NYC and recently visited Montreal. On the morning we were scheduled to leave, we drove first to butterblume - and what a way to end our trip! We stumbled upon this place on google maps and the pictures looked terrific - we can now report that it was worth every penny and more! The food here is unbelievable - puts abc ktchen/clinton st. and many other "go-to" brunch places in nyc to shame! Gives 'farm -to-table' and 'made-with-love' a WHOLE NEW MEANING! The yogurt and jam was to die for, the berry french toast was unparalleled, we had tartines topped with zucchini, lemon, poached eggs, and sesame paste ...heavenly! A must try...
