  • I have avoided this theater for months due to past unpleasant experiences. I see no improvement since my last visit; floors are filthy, counters are covered in food and liquids, half of the soda machines don't work. I refuse to go in the restroom. One trip to a Harkins theater by AMC management would put everything into perspective and identify those areas that need improvement.
