  • Staff is uneducated about their beds. I was burnt extremely bad after being told to upgrade before my vacation. They often leave you at front desk waiting for more than 5 minutes. Few times bed was not clean before entering. Canceling before my first month is up. Used to tan at body heat. Paid the same. I will be going back! Much better service, cleaner environment and the beds are better quality.
