  • Very disappointed. For the first time in my life I did not leave a tip. From the moment I got there Alexis acted like being there was a bother to her. As I walked up - her face looking perturbed - she asked if we had a reservation for the bay. She didn't realize that a staff member was following behind us. Thirty minutes later we saw her again and she advised she had an event that she was setting up for and that she wasn't supposed to have anyone in our section and apologized for the delay in coming to us. We let her know it was no problem and no need to apologize. From that point on we saw her sporadically. Everyone in our group had to ask for drinks and items multiple times. She constantly cut and rolled her eyes, never picked up plates, never refilled drinks, and every request seemed to be a nuisance to her. I asked for to go boxes twice and 40 minutes later we had not received the Togo boxes. . . We let her know a third time that we still had not gotten them and her response "I'm grabbing them (pointed in a general direction) I had other stuff I was doing." Then proceeds to reach in the drawer DIRECTLY behind us and grab to go boxes. Ridiculous. TopGolf is usually a great experience. But this week Alexis ruined the experience.
