Don't buy anything from them.
A few months ago, my husband and I went to the store to buy furniture for our new house. We wanted to get nice furniture so we decided to go to Ashleys because we tought that they sell good stuf. Well. We paid for this dinning set and a living room set, we paid cash and furniture looked beautiful at first. Then we realized that it has been a mistake to spend our money on bad furniture like this, which was no cheap at all. The main couch had hole on the left side, the first time we got it and we had to wait for a replacement. The couches look all right, but we almost never seat on them, only if we have visit once in a while. Two months later, the Dinning table is chacked into pieces, and we have almost never used this table beacuse we usually seat on the breakfast bar on beautiful sturdy chairs that we got from Wayfair and we use them every day and still look new. This is a shame Ashleys. We regret so much to have bought from you our main furniture for our first home. Customers deserve better than this. Lastly, we have called customer service like 4 times to get a replacement for the table; it has been a month and we have no replacement, not an answer; what kind of joke is that?? This is unaceptable and people can get so much better service and quality from Wayfair. Com. Which is what I regret not have done before this bad experience. Now we have to keep waiting for this people to give us some decent service about the table and have piece of junk in our dinning room. My husband and I feel very disapointed and will NEVER buy anything from you. Too bad because you lost great customers.
